Technical Papers

All presentations should conform to topics related to the theme, “Versatility – A Recall to Life for Sonobuoys” or areas of sonobuoy interoperability. The presentations are expected to address new and innovative aspects of alternative uses of sonobuoys, and/or interoperability. Presenters are encouraged to refrain from using a “sales pitch” approach to describe products and/or services.

Government/SG41 member nation presentations should also be related to this theme, and should provide status of their respective ASW programs, future directions and potential challenges to industry.

All presentations are expected to last no more than 30 minutes including questions. Electronic projection equipment will be available along with appropriate interpreters. Abstracts should be submitted to the Technical Coordinator, Mr. Irv Shaffer at shaffer@navmar.com, no later than 30 May 2008 for inclusion in the program. All papers are to be UNCLASSIFIED and security markings are unnecessary.
